FEES

In most cases, we work on contingency. If we do not succeed in negotiating a satisfactory settlement, we do not get paid. The fee is negotiated in advance, and only after we have had the opportunity to review all the facts surrounding the case. Typically, the fee is based on a percentage of the negotiated reduction in debt. Part of the reason for a high success rate is the ability to promptly determine the probability that the case can be resolved through mediation.
